...up to my marina. I cut through some back streets in Oldtown and counted 13 MINI's! I though maybe you all had a party and didn't invite me!

 

Were you driving a CR/B MC/MCS with black stripes on Woodford Rd in Vienna this evening? You waved back - I was driving the IB/W MCS with white stripes. Great evening for motoring!

I waved a couple MC's tonight. Was all over Vienna. Was it a convert? If so... Dat was me.

 

with the license plate 79Mini turning onto Stringfellow Rd from Lee High way. Around 6:15 pm.

 

Okay, most of us look like we belong in a mini, but I've bumped in to one that made me laugh. I thought for sure this guy was just borrowing it or rented it from somewhere but then I saw him again, months later. He's a marlboro looking guy, at least 6' tall, mustache and all, and each time I've seen him, he's wearing a blue flannal button shirt over a tshirt. Kinda looks like a messy mechanic. Keep your eyes out for him and try not to laugh at him like I did. He lives up there near Fort Mead.

 

FINALLY! leaving in about an hour for my 11 am delivery appointment at Tate MINI (hope the experience goes well). can't wait to meet our new arrival.

so, keep your eyes open for a new hyper blue MCSa--no comments on the "a" part. might have to take a spin (or should i say "crawl") around the tidal basin later to show off for the tourists and the cherry blossoms.

and can i tell how many ways a MINI can work its way into every single dream you have trying to sleep the night before delivery? at one point, i think i even became a Motoring Assistant myself.

This isn't so much a sighting as a lack thereof. The EB MCS seems to be no longer there it the morning (or night) anymore. Wonder what happened.

Someone with a nice black Mini Convertible parked next my to pure silver mini convertible outside giant in centreville today around 6:30 pm.

 

Three pepper white minis all parked in the Bradlee shopping plaza in Alexandria Tuesday night, 4/12 (one of them was mine). All within 20 yards of each other. Very very strange!

Also a very cute yellow convertible mini in my condo complex parking lot in Arlington.

And Jen - I emailed you a while back. I see your parked mini (or your husbands) every single morning on the way to work! ) If you look outside around 9am, you'll see me whiz by.

 

Driving on Rt 50 towards DC at about 6:50 p.m. last night? Think you were yellow close to it.

Who turned the Silk Green/Black MINI? I saw one at MINI of Sterling. Had to do a quick look over to make sure I was in the correct car. Did Bruce turn in one of his?

 

It's been there about two weeks now... Considering how few of them there are, I was very surprised to see it there...

 

going down the BW Parkway/Rt. 295 this AM around 7:30ish

AND

Blue MINI turning left onto the BW Parkway/Rt. 295 this am around 7:20ish

 

...was on my way north to dreary Erie PA rte 79 saw the ' Red Fury' Copper S in the current 1 Lap Cannonball Run.. very cool to see them pass. This was about 4:30p m They must have been coming from Beaverun circuit headed to NY? Some other nice cars too.
