New Exhaust for MC. What would you like?
Yah, 10. Or 8 from this point. Awhile ago sooooo many people were knocking down my door.. and now because my factories take for freaking ever everyone's either gone a different direction or have allocated their funds into other intrests.
Well, I just got back from installing it, and it took about an hour to remove and reinstall the the new exhaust. The hardest part was working the bolts under the muffler and reinstalling the rubber spacers. I don't have to much space between the tip and the rear facia. It looks to be less than a quarter inch. I will have to watch for burns or melting... But oh the sound is sweet. Much better than the posted clip. I am very happy with the whole sound

Hey Zipper,
When you remove the band around the muffler . Be careful removing the rubber off the hangers they are easy to tear. Other than that it is a easy DIY job and the bolts do have a torque settings.

Yeah, that's pretty close. Did you take that pic when it was hot or cold?
On one of the systems I tried I had quite a bit of an alignment issue until I figured out I'd accidentally installed the midpipe upside down. I haven't seen any pics of the hangers on the midpipe yet so I don't know if it's even possible to do that with this one.
There are no hangers for the mid pipe other than the stock holding plate for the front hangers. Once the front was connected and torqued along with the plate it was pretty stable. Then you torque the end pipe and it becomes very stable.

We're talking about the same things, with different words. There should be two brackets (? call them whatever you want) on the midpipe, one sticking out each side. They affix the midpipe to what you're calling the stock holding plate. Depending on how they are welded to the midpipe, you might be able to mount the midpipe upside down. I've done it, and so has RallyMINI.....and we're probably not the only ones. If you get the thing upside down and are still able to mount the rear section, it's likely to feel really tightly mounted or at least be slightly misaligned. Again, I can't say whether the Megan system CAN be mounted that way much less that you did so, just suggesting one possibility.
We're already included, I believe. That's why this thread started with only 8 needed.
look under vender Megan racing exaust,he has a list of members that are on his list that want, are buying the exaust system.:impatient I too can't wait,I'm like a little kid on christmas eve waiting to open my presants up the next day. This sucks having to wait, but just 5 more people is all we need ,come on people It's a hell of a deal for a exaust system no matter where you look, you ain't going to find one at this price .:impatient :impatient
Aquasar, which rear bumper is that? Is that anything aftermarket? I'd like to grab attention to that because there is definitely some clearance issues happening there and I don't want to see anything happen to your bumper.
If that's a little bit too close for comfort, which I believe it just might be. One idea that I can think of is to utilize washers as spacers between the chassis and the rubber hangars in the rear. This should bring the tip a little more downwards. However, this also might cause a clearance issue with the Middle brace that holds the exhaust into place.
You might have to flatten the middle of that brace in the back to give a little more clearance if that becomes an issue. Please let us know.

I would definitely look to see if the mid pipe is upside down....it may not appear that way, but mine didnt either. It took me almost a year to realize that
. I just fixed it by "persuading" the rear hangers (before i knew how simple the actual problem was)
