Morning Gem! Hope you and Hubby are not arguing over the cough syrup. Lots of good warm soup sound like it will do the trick. Actually if you can bear tobasco (cayenne pepper is better) add that to the soup. The capsicum (the part of the pepper that is hot) opens your pours and capillaries, allowing you to release toxins faster. In the case of capillaries, it allows blood to flow more, which will help flush out toxin. If either of you has a problem with bleeding disorders or blood pressure, then becareful, as this works like a blood thinner, even though it's short term. Also, drink LOTS of water.
I am a firm believer that hot sauce of any kind keeps you healthy. I usually am, my husband sabitaged me!!

we have at least 8-10 out on our deck.
I'm sure Cab has more, since this storm came up from the south this time.
Cab, is "son of cab" on his way yet? love that...
Um....more like a smackdown. Tess (the big one) gets NUTSO in snow - she was doing racetrack laps around me as fast as she could while kicking up as much snow as she could. The white-around-the-eyes- crazy...and then she starts to try and take you down!!! At the knees mostly. Too bad she's a wuss - she'd make a great body guard.

After my hell winter, during which one could not leave the house without a 4WD vehicle equipped with tire chains for about three weeks, by order of the Sheriff's department...
I don't wanna hear about snow.

"the son" has arrived!! He got here around 1:45. so we have been visiting away. Now he is dozing off in my husband's recliner (they really dance around who gets that chair!)
I cannot wait to get him in Sloopy and take him for a spin, From what has been said on this forum I am sure he will fit but can't wait to see for myself!!
McWill,, I sure hope you don't get heat stroke...... yep,, I would hate that.......
but soon we will be in our spring season and it is truly beautiful here with the azaleas, rhododendrons, daffodils, flowering cherry, magnolia, & dogwood trees.

I didn't know we had an artist in the house!!!

Some things need to be set up in advance & have minimums & costs, but a fair amount of the schedule is an as-you-go deal. Lots of room to maneuver.
