S*N*O*W!!! My dog loves snow as much as I do. She went bananas this morning, running around playing in the snow. Here are some pics!

That snow looks great, especially from a distance! We're suffering through a heatwave, got up into the 80s yesterday, and more of the same today. Got all the windows open, shorts and tee shirts on, no shoes.... it's rough!

thanks TN for the advice. Yes i happen to be addicted to tabasco. I carry it in my purse, because you just never know when you might need it. I am a firm believer that hot sauce of any kind keeps you healthy. I usually am, my husband sabitaged me!!

Um....more like a smackdown. Tess (the big one) gets NUTSO in snow - she was doing racetrack laps around me as fast as she could while kicking up as much snow as she could. The white-around-the-eyes- crazy...and then she starts to try and take you down!!! At the knees mostly. Too bad she's a wuss - she'd make a great body guard.

After my hell winter, during which one could not leave the house without a 4WD vehicle equipped with tire chains for about three weeks, by order of the Sheriff's department...

I don't wanna hear about snow.

60+ inches in one month was more than sufficient for my needs LOL!

McWill,, I sure hope you don't get heat stroke...... yep,, I would hate that.......
but soon we will be in our spring season and it is truly beautiful here with the azaleas, rhododendrons, daffodils, flowering cherry, magnolia, & dogwood trees.

Heyyyy Freebies - I know we'd referenced it once or twice, but I forget (and don't want to have to comb through all these posts again!): Who is going to MOTD??? I've never been to it, but I was wondering,...do we HAVE to sign up for the events we want, or can we just join up once we get there? (ANd once we figure out who each other really IS, and go with friends!?!?)

X, some events we have to sign up for ahead of time, like some of the dinner drives, the parade, etc. I'll pm you on the stuff I'm doing if you want...

You still interested in white water rafting? Anyone else on here interested in white water rafting? Heh heh...

Here's the link to the MOTD schedule: http://www.minisonthedragon.info/2009_schedule.html

Some things need to be set up in advance & have minimums & costs, but a fair amount of the schedule is an as-you-go deal. Lots of room to maneuver.
I'm doing everything I can to go, but don't have a cabin yet--i'm on the waiting list, though, & keeping an eye out both here & on SunshineMinis for a cabin.
