samples that is! They are a good bunch and the tap is always open.
I went to the best store here in Cincy for beer selection today http://www.junglejims.com/ . I'm pretty lucky because it's only about 5 miles from my work. I had not been there in quite a while & I was completely blown away by what they had. Bell's, Brooklyn, Left Hand, Founders, Sleeman, Harpoon, Alesmith, Bar Harbor, & yes Stone. I picked up sixes of Bell's Hopslam, Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout & Bell's Expedition Stout. I also picked up a big bottle of Stone Smoked Porter. As I was trying to pull myself away from their beer selection, I noticed a couple of huge painted glass bottles on a top shelf. Stone Double Bastard! $69.99 for a huge a$$ bottle. Let me know if you need some Matt.

Their Smoked Porter is excellent as well. Actually, I've liked everything I've had of theirs except the 10th Anniversary.I LOVE Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. You just can't beat a 10% ABV Imperial Stout for $8 a six-pack.
I've seen Hopslam, but haven't tried it. Hey, another great idea!
I'm pretty surprised that I haven't seel any Bell's for sale here in Phoenix. We have so many other microbrews but not them. I didn't get to try any of theirs last year.

Okay, since I just moved to Wisconsin last fall, I've been trying to figure out what local beer to bring with me. I think I made up my mind last night.

I especially like 'Fat Squirrel' and 'Spotted Cow'.
I'd still love to get some of the 'Spring Bock' from Mad Anthony's in Fort Wayne, and if anyone is coming from Germany, if you could stop over at the DomHof in Speyer, that would be great too

I was surprized when it started showing up on tap & in sixes in select locations a few years ago in Cincinnati. Wikipedia explains most of the details, but I know they had to build a second brewery at one point so that they could grow without having to close the brewpub at the original location in Kalamazoo. Interesting info in there about why they pulled out of Illinios/Chicago. They were huge in Chicago.

“The question is, why do I have to have somebody else own my brands and decide what’s best for my beer in the state?” says Larry Bell. “I’m the owner—shouldn’t I get to decide what’s best for my beer?”
While Bell certainly isn’t the only brewer to raise the question, to the best of anyone’s knowledge only one other brewer has pulled out of Illinois because of the franchise law. “I had a very bizarre experience,” says Deb Carey, president of New Glarus Brewing in Wisconsin, perhaps the most respected brewery in the midwest. Carey says that after River City Wine and Spirits, her distributor in parts of northern Illinois outside Chicago, was bought out by Southern Wine and Spirits in 2002, she was told that the new company wouldn’t be distributing her beer. “So I wrote them saying I’d like to buy back the product and POS [point of sale merchandising] and anything else. I got a letter back saying, ‘If you don’t want us to distribute your product, you owe us $20,000.’ They would not give me a justification for that price. I thought that was ludicrous since they had no intention of selling my beer.” (Southern Wine and Spirits officials did not return calls for this story.) Carey didn’t have $20,000, she didn’t have money for lawyers, and she was already having trouble meeting demand in Illinois. She felt her only option was to pull out of the whole state—including Chicago, where she was having no problems with her distributors. And so she did.

[Rhetorical Question] Now where, oh where, will I find another beer in the state of Wisconsin. [/Rhetorical Question]
I may just have to break out a few bottles of my Sam Adams Triple Bock Special Reserve 1995. Not a microbrew as such, but delightfully tasty, just the same - and not for the faint of heart.
I hear that's good stuff Moe.
And guys, more than one person can bring beer from the same Brewery. Why not just get together with the other person and work out which styles you each will bring?
I remember wikipedia for many things but it still surprises me the stuff you find on there.
Illinois better do something about that law. Pretty soon you won't be able to get good beer there anymore. It's a retarded law.
