airbag sticker on dash - removal?

i know this is a stupid question but don't want to do anything to mess up the interior of our MINI...

any tricks to removing the dashboard's airbag sticker? does it just peel off neatly?

we have the anthracite dash... what is everyone using to clean it?

thanks!

Just peel it off. It will leave gummy residue that can be cleaned with something like alcohol or goo-be-gone.

Just peel it off. I used some water and a microfiber cloth to get the residue off.

Goo Gone, or Goof Off is the stuff you want to use, to remove the adhesive residue left over after you peel the sticker off.

It is an orange liquid in a clear bottle, sold most anywhere.

Yeah, six hours a bottle of Simple Green and I'm covering scuffs with the garage door opener.

check your cupboard

i use non chunky peanut butter to get rid of the sticky stuff. (it's the peanut oil). i didn't want to use any harsh chemicals on the dash.
