Just got an update on the WW site... Looks like i am booked for the Integrity Leaving on the 09/01/06, ITs going to get to NY on the 11th.

Anyone else riding along?

seems like a 11 Day voyage, usally other boats do 9 days

 

As far as I can tell, my baby is lost in the ether...

No updates at WW yet, but hope springs eternal... :impatient :impatient

 

That's actually right on time. Stella was on the Courage; left August 18th, arrived in NY on August 28th.

 

I'm also still lost in translation somewhere. Nothing from WW, ASK MINI says I'm still at the port waiting. I'm going to email my MA to see if he knows anything, but he usually will let me know if there is anything new to report. I guess if it's on a ghost ship then it will be even more of a surprise when I finally find out when it's scheduled to come in - hopefully it will be sooner rather than later, though!

Gertrude is supposed to be on Integrity, but she was originally scheduled for Boheme. So there are no guarantees until the MINI is actually aboard. Anticipaaaaaaation...

Ok i inputed by booking number on WW site and well i wanted to see who else is riding along with me...
Well the results i got were so far 107 cars are booked to get on integrity... how exciting

Our Mini was completed on 23rd but I can't see it on the 2w site. Hope it is on the integrity. I am entering the vin in the auto section.

Sounds like you and I are in the same situation. Mine was also completed on the 23rd, but isn't showing up on the WW site. Owners Lounge and ASK MINI have been saying it's at the port since last Friday. I imagine that maybe we made it onto a different carrier, and therefore we can't track them through the WW site (at least, this is what I'm hoping!).

 

Well, I just got word from my MA that my MINI is in fact still sitting at the port!!! He said there are several other cars that they are expecting that are sitting there as well. Why were they sitting there while two different ships have come and gone? The world may never know.

Does anyone have any good plans for the holiday weekend? Looks like lots of rain here, so I'm not sure exactly what we're going to do yet. Tell me something to take my mind off this wait!

 

I'm also one of those that finished on the 23rd and now can't seem to get any answers as to when or why or how long. It seems most that are waiting on expecting their cars to come in thru SC, so maybe thats the delay. I don't know at this point, other than, I'm getting more stressed waiting...

Ukhan24 finished 3 days after and is already on a boat..thats just not right.....

ukhan24, what other informatin are you able to see that tells you there are 107 other cars? Do you see VIN#'s or descriptions or just a total count? Still trying to find where the rest of 34's are riding!!!

 

If you have a booking number you can search by that and see all the VIN's that are on the same booking. However, I think bookings are based on the destination port, so since ukahn24's car is going to NY, his booking will only show those other vehicles that are destined for NY. So far it seems as though no one going to Charleston has been booked...

SpringMinifan, have you heard anything from your MA? I don't see why they would let vehicles sit at the port so long, especially since two ships have already come and gone that are making a stop at Charleston . Our MINI's are getting bored out there!!

I'm with you on the getting bored...I've sent a note to my MA today, haven't heard anything, think he might be off on Fridays.. As soon as I hear something, I'll post just to give the rest that are waiting a sigh of relief, if thats possible..

Gertrude was loaded at 6:20 pm Brit time... according to WW site. Hope some more of you got good news.
I can't believe how relieved I am.

I'm confused, how can one boat be delivering on both the East Coast and the West Coast?

rosarugosa, aren't you in WA state, and Ukhan24, your expecting yours in NY..Can this be right?

 

SpringMinifan: This whole shipping thing has baffled me so far. I'm just not comfortable being in limbo, especially if the rumors are true that the cars have actually been sitting at the dock for over a week. I don't want seagulls bombing it without me being able to give it a nice cleaning off!!!

I am trying not to get jealous as the week 33ers take delivery. I know that one of them ordered only 4 days before I did and has already taken delivery! Amazing how timing can work for or against you!

As long as I get mine before the end of the month, I'll be happy. But looking at the shipping schedules, I don't know if it will be possible.

I found a link to the schedules for the Port of Charleston on another thread. You can see what ships are scheduled to be coming in during the next 30 days. There aren't any K-line vessels listed, which is worrisome for those of us not showing up on any WW ships. There are only 4 WW ships coming in, and two have already sailed without our MINI's:

I'm with ya on this one. I'm not as paitent as you willing to wait until end of Sept, I would like to see mine before mid Sept.... The fact that no-one seems to have any definitive answers is really amazing/aggravating. Although, there seems to be a pattern in looking at previous posts, we don't seem to be the first ones without shipping orders.

I'm still awaiting my MA to reply to my status. I'm trying to assume a positive attitude and convince myself that I'm going to get a call soon that tells me the Mini's have landed and they are in SC. Only time will tell..

 

When I called the Washington dealer, he said 6 to 8 month wait. The wait at the Boston dealer was 6-8 weeks. So I have my ticket to fly out to Boston and pick up Gertrude and drive her back, 2-laners, bonding, break-in period... Nothing like a Road Trip!

Has any one had any luck tracking the Integrity on the www.sailwx.info site? I enter the name and get 5 records but none have been updated since 09/26. According to the WW site the Integrity left port on 09/02.

I am booked on the Integrity also.

 

yea they havn't updated the website yet... im asumming 2 more days untill it sends report back regarding the weather
