For some reason I instantly thought of this... :

Come to think of it...Red Dwarf would make a great name for a CR MINI

Turcicus, the Undine just pulled into New York Harbor.

She's only two days ahead of the Patriot. Sunday will be here soon.

I didn't know we can see maps outside of Europe on aislive.com? I seem like I can only view Europe? I want to track where Trinidad is!

EDIT: nevermind, I found how to see USA.

Great pic, crishchun! I was on the WW site about the same time I think. I found the attached of the UNDINE in Sydney. It would be cool to have a picture of each "birth" ship, eh?

Chimera - your picture made me ! And I LOVE the name Red Dwarf for a CR MINI. I've already named mine but if I change my mind...well, you never know!

Panama Canal Webcam

Even though you might not be able to catch your ship at the canal, everyone should check this out! It is AMAZING. Apparently they have won a number of awards for education, etc. And the time lapse is very short.

Perhaps we'll see a WW ship or two going through!

Thanks Red Scooter for all the great websites to help keep our fingers busy while we wait out the ships to arrive. Better than biting the fingernails!! I have been through the Panama Canal on a Cruise ship and it is very impressive.

So if my car was finished on July 3rd, does that put me in PW 27?

I know my car was at Southampton to make the 13 July trip with the Madame Butterfly to Port Hueneme, but I don't know if it is on there.

Astrochex, You are in PW 27 and since the Madame Butterfly is a WW ship you can enter your VIN in the WW cargo tracking site (http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do) and you will know if it is on any WW ship including the Madame Butterfly, or not.

No problem. And yes, thanks to crishchun, too! I cried on his shoulder a bit when I didn't make the Madame Butterfly.

Hope that astrochex did. There HAD to be a MINI on there somewhere!

crishchun, great sites!! Those WW ships have some pretty swanky crew quarters. I still can't find a picture of the Patriot, though

EDITED: man, I'm tired...

Nice idea Chrischun Mine is an MCSa in SB/S, ordered from Keeler MINI in NY. My completion date was 7/7, and you've got the rest

Thanks Chimera and Red Scooter!

Red Scooter: I hope your MINI boards the Medea on Monday too! He's been waiting waayy tooo long!

So I was surfing Flickr for some MINI photos. How cool is this shot?

http://flickr.com/photos/iguana_azul...in/set-345238/

The fact that the headlamps are integrated into the bonnet simply amazes me for some reason. This could be useful in particular situations.

Mine was completed on 7/11 and hopefully is shipping tomorrow, but I'll let you know. :-)

Nice info though, thanks for going to the trouble of putting that together for us!

Perhaps they could be used for runway lights or a grand opening?

Have you seen the posts about the "eyes" behind the headlamps?
