Thanks all for the support.
My mini came with 11 miles on the odometer. Everything checked out fine and my wife was impressed with our anniversary gift so all is well. I kept the rpms under 3000 and cruised around 50 mph home.
The dealer spent 30 minutes going over the car with us. The car came with floor mats and my wife and sister both got MINI tshirts. Prestige MINI took good care of us.

gotta be honest, i wasnt a fan of pepper white at first... but its definitely grown on me over the last few weeks... especially with the bonnet stripes...

Yes, the Pepper looks good, especially with all the black details! Amazing how the colors of these cars alters their personalities. Don't think I've ever noticed this in another make/model. Have fun!

Acitydweller, you were on the Manon and it came in on 29JUN06 into Charleston; but I assume you were unloaded at NY (25JUN06?)or Baltimore (27JUN06?), yes?
You came in to the NJ Distribution Center, yes?
Where is your dealership in relation to the Distribution Center?
I'm trying to get an idea of the VDC time (which looks pretty short for you--suggesting no "campaigns" to upgrade for any of us ) and the trucking time from VDC to dealership (assume that this can be very short).
