Its probably that but without the "NYKS" repeated. But I tried it on the NYK site and get no results. I'm still waiting for my MA to get back to me with the B/L Number, but I'm guessing it will be the same. For some reason, we cant track the SEIJIN or its cargo!

 

The B/L that I was given by my MA was NYKS620988897. I am pretty sure that I am on a different ship than you guys, but alas I cannot get the NYK schedule to figure out which ship or get an ETA. I am happy, nonetheless, that my MCS is at least heading west at last!

 

when i call ask-mini. the computer system used to say my car is in transit. Now that my car has arrived, it says 'my car is at the port awaiting a vessle'. It has gone back in time... It should say it's at the distribution center. Anyways my MA said I'll get it in 3 days. can't wait. :impatient

 

I am aiming for next weekend since I will probably get the 3M paint film installed.

OTELLO arrived Charleston 05:35 am EST UP=Union Pier Terminal Berth 3. Starts unloading 8:00 am EST.

For the really **** of us, you can Google Earth the Charleston shipyards, and see all the cars at the VDC. (Location 32 47' 10.40" N, 79 55' 35.56"W). Sure are a lot of white top cars.

 

as far as I know, google earth isn't a live feed. too bad.

 

Our cars are on the same boat, the Eijin, which was predicted to arrive at Port Hueneme 24 days after 9/15 (10/9? 10/10?). I've tried to figure out where it is (even faxed the ship!), but no info. yet. I guess it will arrive in New Jersey on 9/25 or 9/26....

 

OTELLO left Charsleston 11:55 am EST.

Have you OTELLO people been able to get any new information showing delivery route, when it should clear VDC etc.

Would like a head's up so when OOCL Faith docks I know the game.

Probably by the time OL updates saying the car is at VDC, the car will be on the truck to the dealer. ASKMINI/dealer will have the latest info before OL will (last time it was like 2 day lag between askmini info and OL info)

 

Based on the best info I have my MINI is on the DYVI Pamplona that left Southampton on the 12th and arrives in Charleston on the 26th. It is a K-Line ship and so I am unable to track and confirm, but it is the only ship I can find that left on the 12th (which both my dealer and ASK MINI say was my shipping date), arrives in Charleston with vehicles, and is operated by a company used by MINI.

 

This is so cool! So many of you are merely DAYS away from delivery! I can't wait to see your pics.

The MAERSK TEAL is schduled to arrive at South Hampton at 1a.m. EST tonight. Load up Icarus, havnap142's & Daisy and head out at 1p.m. EST for NY!!!

RedRyder - Sorry about not responding sooner to your question about AtlantaMINI's Oct. 16 question. I must've snoozed. Evidently I was wrong about where. It's going to be in Eastern Tennessee but that's all I know at this point. It's actually being hosted by our Chattanooga brethern aka Scenic City MINI's. Met several of them this last weekend. They have some really nice MINI's!!! I put in a request for more info. I'll let you know what I find out. I'm suspecting some kind of run from Knoxville to Asheville, NC or something like that.

 

Well Daisy was bumped from the Honor to the MAERSK TEAL. However sie is wait listed and I am praying that she will make it on this ship. My hubby and I are currently only using one car now and it really sucks to have to share a car. Lets all hope that we all make it on the ship tomorrow and that everything will be just fine. I have an estimated delivery date! After hearing others had them listed on the status page in the OL, I've been checking every day, and lo and behold today it says: Estimated delivery 10/01/05 !!!

 

I'm doing some "ride sharing" to with my other half too. I'm tired of getting up so early to make the loop from one job to another! To add insult to injury, I sold my 03 MCS, so not only am I afoot just vehicle wise, but I'm MINI-less.

Sigh.

Now, if we can keep any hurricanes OUT of the North Atlantic.

Dharkey, if your car is completed on 9/21, I think you are in the wrong support group. There's a production week 37 and week 38 thread that's going on that well help you. This thread will not help you since you'll be hearing how everyone is picking up their car next week. I'm picking up mines Tomorrow and I just paid for the car insurance Today. Just 17 hours until I see my HB/W MCS

DHarkey -check out page three on this thread way down at the bottom. Also you might want to check out one of the threads that is your production week. It helps to have others that are in the same stage you are. They can really give you a hard time by being a whole week ahead of yours if you missed the boat!!! I missed last weeks boat even though I was booked on it. They bumped me and Icarus has been on the dock a week and a half now! :impatient
