If I read that schedule correctly, the likelihood of getting on the Tristan is low as it leaves port on the 10th. Therefore arrival in the US is around 12/7 on the Falstaf. Yes?

 

Yes, you are right about Tristan. But this schedule is for CA, shipping in NY is much faster.

 

Yea I'm supposed to be week 45 and my M.A said i could possibly see delivery first week of December, maybe 2nd week.

 

Ordered dark silver MCS with Convenience Plus, Xenon, Rear fog, LSD, Anthracite, Alarm on 10/20/08. Week 45 production & probably early December delivery according to my M.A. as well.

 

Sign me up... have been waiting for > 2.5 months and was told I'm in week 45. But the online status is still "On Order".

What's your current status online? Is it "On Order" or "Scheduled for Production"?

 

Still "on order" here. Only been 8 days since ordered though.

How are you coping with urges to call Ask Mini every day?

 

LOL havent called them yet. I'm still just "on order" on the web site. That won't change till a day or 2 before production is to begin will it?

 

Mine is still "on order" too. The only thing changed is all my factory ordered options listed are now gone - the box is empty now.

 

Checked the Owner's Lounge this morning and it said 'On Order' just checked again and it has moved to 'Scheduled for Production'!

And the same thing happened to mine as princesscathryn, Factory options went blank!

 

My status is still 'On Order'. Moreover, my MA was able to make a change in the order today.

 

Online still says "on order" but lists my options now. No VIN though...... Then I get a email from my MA: "It went into production yesterday !!" Go figure?!

 

Mine still says "on order"... no updates from my SA (as usual).

Guess I got what I paid for in sunny California

 

So I asked "ask Mini" today about why the options box is blank and was told they were in the midst of a server upgrade! HAHAHA I just laughed because from what I can tell from NAM and other sites this has never worked right. Granted they build tens of thousands of cars a year you think they could get their systems working right!

I'm also week 45 and called my MA who made a change to my order but confirmed that I was still week 45 and that I had been scheduled for production - yet no update online or with Ask Mini - Weird!

 

MA told me parts have been painted and putting together starting tomorrow.
Must be some lag in communication, ya think? LOL

 

Online now has my VIN !!

 

Hi all - apparently I'm in week 45 as well. Just got off the phone with ASK-MINI and my car is in production with a scheduled completion date of November 6.

 

Last time I checked the MA (and ask Mini) told *me* who then told you the status.

 

Hi everybody, I am also a member of the Week 45 group as my 4th MINI, a Hot Chocolate JCW Clubman, is getting ready to enter production . The OL currently shows it as "On Order". I just changed a couple of options a few days ago and confirmed everything with my MA yesterday - good to go.
