It would be SO very cool if I could pick up my lil' one the weekend of the 14th!!! Not holding my breath or anything, but wow...

Anyone ever heard of sweet talking their dealer into getting it out of the VDC on the early truck? I"ve seen it mentioned in an around the boards...wondering if I should send flowers or cookies or something...!!!
I think your right that the 14th is a long shot but the possibility still exists. As of May 31 1200 Boheme time they were 850 nm from the Panama Canal. So on the afternoon of June 2nd they should be making their way through the gauntlet. The Boheme will have to travel approx. 3000 nm to Port Hueneme from the canal. At 100 nm per 6 hours that amounts to 180 hours of transit time divided by 24 hours=7 days 12 hours.

.....Basically, the 10th of June seems to be on track still.

Another PW/PW owner.....

I had suspicions our Captain was Harry Potter...now I am convinced of it. Nothing but the paranormal could explain this boat's goings-on.

Looks like the Boheme will be arriving safely and on time at the Panama Canal (despite the many side trips) on the 2nd after all!

It is booked to go through on the 3rd - fourth ship through that day.

Check out this website and you'll be able to watch it pass through. It will enter from the Atlantic via "Gatun", then pass under"Centennial Bridge" and finally come out on the Pacific side via "Milaflores".

I've been looking at the live cam every now and then and suddenly realized even if I saw the boheme go through I wouldn't know it because I have NO IDEA what it looks like XD anyone know where to find out what boats are going through? or does that not exist and I just get to keep wondering at the boats going through, whistfully curious if my mini is on it?

Possible first lock time

Take this with a grain of salt, but if you scroll down this pdf to June 03, 2008 you will see the Boheme listed for 0800 first lock time, exiting the canal at 1700. Here's the link:

Your right, maybe the boat I saw was our boat and it somehow went backwards to wait till tomorrow? who knows, but the paperwork says June 03.
