Woohoo!! The MV Mignon has now discharged its Canadian-bound cargo at the Halifax Autoport . My MINI has bid a fond farewell to its shipmates and hopes to see them one day on the road!

Soon it will be time to hop onto a train for a ride across Canada. Hope it enjoys the view!

As for the Mignon, it has set sail again and is due into New York in two days time. Good luck to all on board.

just talked to my inside man at Ottos, finished going through the steps today, discharged to trucks. I don't have an update as to when it will get on a truck but he thinks it could be here as early as tomorrow, friday, and at latest saturday. So i'll probably take delivery this weekend :-)

Starry - could be worse, you could be going through the West Coast... Wellington's been on a ship for almost two weeks, and still has another 8 days to go (including today's additional 2 day delay). Good luck!

 

The OL site still shows I'm awaiting transport, but the robo-voice at ASK-MINI says I'm in transit. I'm waiting for a confirmation from my MA, but I think my Mini is on the Western Highway. I hope to know more soon.

BUT...just got word from robo-voice that it's "in Transit". Had already placed a call to my MA before finding that out, so I'm waiting on pins and needles to hear what she has to say!

STarry is there any possibility you could be on Kline? Maggy was on SNH and still showing that she was on the dock. I found out only afterwards since she suddenly showed in transit and the only other ships were WW. I hope your Mini is really en route and there is some glitch with the info.
