Long time lurker but still MINIless

Hello everyone

I read the pages here at NAM almost daily as a fix until I get a MINI. Unfortunately college tuitions and the need for a (dare I say it) an SUV have put my dream MINI on hold.

My only hope is to win a raffle or hit the lottery otherwise I will continue to put my purchase on hold for a bit longer.

For now I just have to be content with staring at the local MINIs in my area. If you see a guy ina grey Civic staring at your MINI in the NYC area chances are that it is probably me!!!!

No need for an SUV now that you can get a Clubman! Really, how much can a college student need to cart around that it can't fit in the back of one of those with the seats down?

Personally, i'd hope that anyone in a grey Civic would be staring longingly at any MINIs driving by, but we'll be sure to keep our eyes out for you!

If we can shoehorn all four kids, the Mrs me and our stuff in the Clubman then we are all set. Maybe I should dump the current vehicles and get a fleet of Clubmen ?

I will be careful when we go to the Bay State. Seriously the issue remains the fact that we have four kids and even the older ones still seem to like to hang with the "rents. So I am stuck looking at vehicles with a third row of seats.

Have you considered giving two of your kids up for adoption? Just a thought...

By the way, you can win a Clubman in a raffle: http://minisontop.com/2008/02/28/mot...-lease-raffle/
