All Aboard the BOHEME!!
We would be most pleased to welcome you and your baby into West Coast MINI. If you're interested, please send me a PM
Thanks Chur!! With the Captain taking a couple days off it appears we *really* made some progress!
Hey ncarolyn and tigs - Can I get a caravan when I move to SD?
Not moving for a good while yet....next summer actually, but am already so excited to have a MINI family in place!

Yes! One of my West Coast MINI car club peeps is expecting his baby on the Boheme. We're anxiously waiting - and planning a big birthday party upon delivery. It's a tradition with our club....everyone shows up at Brecht on delivery day, and we "salute" the newest MINI into our ranks, and welcome them with a MINI caravan around San Diego.

You can do it, Captain Boheme! You can do it!!

(by the way...I just typo'd that as "behome" instead of boheme. heh. I'm a total bohemian so boheme fits well but Be Home! fits even better. Get thee to my home already!_

By my (rough!!) calculations, Captain Boheme should be navigating somewhere between Santo Domingo and San Juan about now. sailwx and oceanweather haven't been updated since around midnight last night but the map in my head is moving full steam ahead!
Edit: What happened? It was there I promise... Or maybe just a dream?
Yeah!! The Boheme is on the AISLive site now!! We are getting closer to checking on our babies on the webcam

Here's a more current view from oceanweather.com. We're already in the Caribbean:

I checked AISLive as I was posting (I couldn't remember the exact name) and was surprised to see the BOHEME on the map just off Puerto Rico. Thought I was so lucky to be able to capture it... So who is going to stand watch when we go through the canal? Is that going to be when NAM in down? Depending on the time of day I will probably be involved in a Triathlon (not a participant I'm sorry to say) we put on here. Hope someone can capture some still pictures..
here's a webcam from the Panama Canal. I have no idea when the Boheme is going through.

Gosh! It's getting close! Yeah! The ship is still scheduled to stop at Manzanillo on 8/31. I guess they'll load or unload some stuff there, then get into line for the canal.? So I'm guessing Friday or Saturday it'll go thru the canal. I can watch after about 2 pm on Friday.
*ready for camera duty* Or to help with camera duty anyway!
Question though...evidently I stink at geography. ncarolyn said it it scheduled to stop in Manzanillo prior to going through the Canal? Where's Manzanillo? The only ones I know of are either in Cuba (which we passed a while back) or on the west side of the Canal (in Mexico and Costa Rica). Can anyone help me on that?
