I hear they sometimes use other cruise lines for the trip. Maybe yours will get a booking on a yacht !
I'm hoping for you that the actual completion time is earlier and your baby will be partying with mine. They kept changing my completion date and actually was earlier than expected. (I think that part of the "exceed the expectations" thing business strive for).

I put my VIN# in the ww website under the autos section, and it didn't have a record of it.

I guess I'm not coming across on Monday after all....

Keep trying.. every 5 min or so I would say

I put my number in late last night and it didn't come up. When I tried this AM EUREKA!!
Of course I've heard you can still be bumped. I'm hoping my little guy/gal doesn't misbehave too much. Based on my other kids - they usually behave better for others!

Me either for that website. Are there any other sites to check for shipping? Just curious b/c my mini has been awaiting transport since wed. (yesterday) and when I went to the above link it says that I am not on the list.

Mine is booked.. not yet loaded on the ship (The Courage) as it's not in port yet. It leaves tomorrow. When entering the VIN make sure it's entirely incorrect (all 17 characters). Here's an alternative link:

For the people that have their mini booked on a ship, when was your mini completely assembled or started awaiting transportation?

All I know is that the car was produced. I don't have an actual date but I was told it was this week. The dealer told me some crap about it has to clear customs or some crap before the dealer will prep the car........Estimated 27-31 Aug delivery date......

My Mini finsihed production yesterday and today the Owner's Lounge shows its status as "Awaiting Transport". However, I still do not show up on the WW tracking site.

For those who have been able to track their Minis on the WW site, how long was it from the time your car showed "Awaiting Transport" to the time when you were able to find out what ship you were on?

Hmmm the person on the phone yesterday (askmini) said it was finished and on it's way to port but the lounge still has it as being in production today.

The OL had my MINI as scheduled for production several days after it was done per askmini. It was probably two days later that it showed booked on the TAGUS (still scheduled for production in OL) the next day the booking was changed to the BOHEME :( and OL finally changed to awaiting transport.

If I remember correctly, it took about four days for my car to finish production, get sent to Southampton and get loaded on the ship. Once it's on the ship, the OL information will not change.

Note that the WW site also allows you to check the ship's schedule so you can tell when it's to arrive in port.

My car's production was finished on the 8th of August; it has been at the port for several days and is still awaiting shipping information.

Maybe it has a bad attitude? Sitting in time-out?

Anyway, just had to vent: it's been done for several days and waiting for shipping until the 20th would be hard, but I will take what I can get.

You won't find any shipping information available in the lounge. You will need to go to the WW shipping website to locate your car there. But it won't show up there until shortly before it gets loaded onto the ship and sets off.
