Still waiting. Apparently the port installs really slow delivery down. After my trip to the plant a couple years ago seeing how efficient it is, I guess I thought the VDC would be as regimented. Apparently not.

Who else in week 32 is still waiting?

 

That really sucks that you havent received your mini yet. I hope that you dont have to wait much longer.

 

I am getting the driving lights installed at the port. My motoring advisor said this can add a week to the wait. I have read on this site that some have waited even longer due to the port not having the right material for the install.

FINALLY! My car is on the way here. Will arrive at the dealership on Monday. Stage 1 JCW and a couple other goodies getting installed. Should take delivery middle to end of the week!

 

Woohoo, received my MCS this past thursday. Man is this car ever fast, and I'm only applying 3/4 throttle. Can't wait to hit 1200 miles on the odometer so that I really can open this thing up

 

my MCS arrived at MINI of St. Louis on yesterday (Monday). the JCW Stage 1 kit, suspension and shift indicator is being installed today. Should have the car by Friday.

 

Congrats! Since I was in the same week I know you've been waiting a while. Won't be long now.

 

my dealer told me today that the car is ready except the suspension and they weren't sure when they were going to get the parts.

 

Grrrrrr. Sorry to hear that. Tell them when you pick it up you have most of the money but you're not sure when you'll have the rest.

talked to my MA today (well, talked to him numerous times) and he said the suspension parts should be in tomorrow by 1:00pm. there's a chance that they will get it done by end of the day Friday so I may be able to get it

i did go over to the dealership and take a look at the car and take it for a drive. it's simply an awesome car.

Well, my MA called yesterday and said delivery would take place for sure on Wednesday, possibly today (Tuesday). We'll see.

Clear bra is being applied tonight and I finally take delivery tomorrow at 11:00am. I wont believe it until I get the key (or whatever you call it) in my hands.

i wont know too much about the stage 1 until after 1250.

I would like to ask for help in working out what are the difference my R56 could be from your week 32 R56.

I need this info to sort out some issues that i am having with my AD.
