You can have mine... when you pry it from my cold, dead hands.

Good luck! Also try ebay! But beware stolen units...

I was and have been looking for one until my friend got caught speeding with a laser. I think cops know by now that alot of people use radar detectors and use laser now instead. I am not going to spend the $400 now to buy one.

Although people argue that there is no warning with laser, it's just not true. I've been in situations where laser was being used, but the V1 still saved me. In fact, I was travelling in Colorado at the time--last MITM, and I happened to move to the front of the pack--when my V1 was going wild--but I had just received a phone call, and muted the V1, not realizing it was a laser alert, lol.

Fortunately because of that phone distraction, I didn't pull hard away from the pack and into the cop at the side of the road 1/2 a mile away.

The V1 doesn't mean you won't get a speeding ticket, but it does give you a better chance whenever police radar is present whether it's laser or Ka band. And think of all the times you could be saved when they aren't using laser---CHP use mobile radar every day on our freeways.

Just call and ask if they can accommodate. You'll know it won't be stolen, it'll carry a warranty, be significantly less than the usual $399
