Serious confusion with new Wheels

I am watching a set of new wheels on eBay and have a few questions

The page says that I need to buy the lug BOLT package. It has new locking lugs, a key, and valve stems.

Do I need to buy this package? I am seriously confised. Thanks for the help.

They are 17'' if that even matters.

ADR WHEELS
Model:Sokudo
Size: 17"x7"
Bolt Pattern: 4x100/4x114.3
Off Set: +40mm

Are they locking lug BOLTS? or just nuts?
If they are nuts, you won't be able to use them unless you converted lug studs.

Will you be able to use your factory lug bolts on these wheels? If you can, then I would use the factory MINI wheel locks.

That what I was asking. Can I use the stock bolts? I dont care about the locks. Also, do I need the new stems?

Nice wheels! Not a big fan of the dual fitment, but that's just me.
Anyway, from the angle it's hard to see the seat where the lug bolt will bottom. The lug holes look like they might accomodate the factory lugs bolts, otherwise you might need "tuner" lugs.

As pictured, the wheels don't have valve stems fitted, so yes you will need them (though these are usually fitted when the tires are mounted. Are you buying just wheels or wheels + tires?).

The OEM lug bolts may not physically fit those holes and, even if they do, they could end up being a little on the short side because of the offset difference between these and OEM wheels.

you may need the tuner lug bolts to fit the holes...if you don't need them and want to use your stock lug bolts, be sure that the wheel accepts cone seat lug bolts, which the OEM lug bolts are. The wheel may only accept ball seat lug bolts, so that needs to be taken into consideration.

You'll probably need them as I bet the factory bolts will be too short.
