HELP. 40th anniversary MINILITE England wheels.

They have these 3 things molded in the rim 40th anniversary, MINILITE, and England wheels. Can anyone give me more info on these? 16inch

The 40th Anniversary wheels came out in 2005; but the standard 16x7 are easy to locate.

Trying to decide if I should run them instead of my SLITES(heavy) because of how heavy.

Your S-Lites are basically a copy of a Minilite wheel and they, Minilites, weigh around 16 or 17 pounds.
They are hub centric, no hub-centric ring required with the available 56.15 hub.
