Are the lugs or hubs stripping? Dealer, lugs are cheap.

The hub is what you screw the lug in to, the lug is the part that goes through the wheel

If the threads of the lugs are distorted in any way, do yourself a favor and run the correct size tap in the hub before installing the new lugs. You might also want to try a dab of anti-seize on the new lugs. (note: using anti-seize technically alters the torque value)

So is the bolt stripping or the hub? if its a bolt go purchase one from the dealer or order it, Not expenseive. If its the hub , same deal except its more expensive.

+1 on running a tap to clean the threads out

If it's the lug bold just replace it. I would check the threads in the hub to verify the threads aren't damaged. If the hub is damaged, just get a tap and clean the threads. Make sure you use plenty of lubrication. It's interesting that they are stripping. Are you torquing your lugs down or just doing it by feel?
