broke a carrier bolt

So today I broke a carrier bolt when I was torquing the LCA busing carrier bolt to the body. I was torquing with what I think is a non-reliable Harbor Freight Torque Wrench. Yes it could have been a faulty bolt but it was fine when I removed it.

I think I over-torqued it because I wasn't getting the "click" from the torque no matter high tightly I torqued. Nonetheless, I am now mulling over my options.

LCA bushing carrier bolt - broken. The other half is in the hole.

Try a left hand drill bit first. Start drilling it out and it may just start turning and come out on it's own.

Hey WMW, thanks for responding.

I was close to trying out the new bushings I ordered from you when I got myself in this pickle with this broken bolt. Luckily, there is hope...I tried one of these Speed Out sets you see on TV from Home Depot and that seemed to have done the trick.
