Is anyone running 37mm offset?

I found a set of rims that I like but the offset is 37mm and was wondering if anyone out there is running this offset.

If you are running 37mm offset:

-Do you have any rubbing?
-Is your car lowered?
-Did you have to do any mods?
-What size tires are you running?

Thanks in advance

I am, but due to 8mm spacers. My Kosei K1s are 45mm offset but I have 8mm concentric spacers all round. The car is lowered and I have no rubbing at all. In fact, the fronts could handle 12mm spacers, so could go 33mm offset without problems I'd bet.
But perhaps wheel offset and effective wheel offset are two different things?

cheers,

So you brought the et up from to 32? Do you have to add the spacer in front so as not to rub? I want to do 215/40/17 but it's not looking good

I had a set of OZ UL with Goodyear FI 215/45/17 and had NO issues at all. I had them on a GP and it has the JCW lowered suspension. No spacers just bolted them up and drove.

yeah effectivly i'm running et32 in front. I had to do it to clear my stoptech brakes. I think i could run a 215/40 without any problems. If i did have any rubbing it would be very slight.

Rubbing has allot to do with tire size. I had a set of 17x7 oz Superleggera's with an et 37 and they rubbed all day and every day till i cut the inner fender liner. Wheels with an ET 37 will look great but be carefull not to have too wide a tire and you or will have problems.

How hard was it to cut inner fender liner and did you have to do it on all 4? Is your car lowered? Also what tire size do you have and any pictures.

Im pretty confident you'll be OK, jeffc. I run 215/40/17s although they are RT615s which are a little lower in profile than other tires. My car is pretty slammed. I have no idea how much lower than stock as that varies considerably from car to car, but I have about 1/2" clearance between wheel and well when looking side on. I also run COs with little travel.
I think I could run 12mm spacers in front with no problems.

I will post some pictures on next Sunday. I should have them by Wednesday and plan on putting them and the new stud kit on Sunday. I will then take them off until spring but want to make sure there are no issues and I want to see how they look

Here is a picture

I've got Alta springs with 17" by 7" OZ ULs(stock rubber) and no rubbing even when pushing hard autocrossing. I've got stock camber up front and at the rear.

Enjoy the new wheels this spring Jeff!

I'm running 16x7 OZ Ultralegerras with a +37 offset... With a 225/45R16 and a 1.5" drop, I had to do a bit of trimming to make it work. With a 205/45R16, there was no rubbing...
