17x8.5 on r56

i been trying to find a definitive answer to see of a 17x8.5 will fit with a 225/45 with 20-35 offset
i am running nm springs with koni struts

I have that same set-up exactly. I get a little rub if I hit a bump at full lock, otherwise it fits nicely.

That's good to hear i figured there would be some rubbing.

What offset are you running also curious to what wheels.

My main concern was it was going to rub on my the inside such a tight spaces between tire and strut assembly

Enkei YS-5 17X7.5 with 42mm offset.

I just looked it up, so not exactly like yours, but I have NM springs, Koni struts, and Michelin Super Sport 225/45/17 tires. PM me your email or cell and I'll send you some pics of how it looks.
