And, if the Gen III is like my Gen II, the dreaded understeer that people think will come on with the larger FSB will not happen. The car should be pretty neutral and, with that large RSB, possibly a bit on the oversteer side.
I am very interested in hearing what the OP thinks of the ride. Mine got stiffer just with the upgraded bars alone; without upgraded the springs.
As for replacing the end links, I had to replace mine. The OEM end links clunked like crazy with the stiffer bars. I have also heard of the OEM ones bending with bigger sway bars. The MINI ones aren't the best, at least for the Gen IIs.

Correct, the bigger bar will NOT create dreaded understeer. According to H&R, you will lean slightly to understeer, and any snap oversteer will be non existent.

Do you plan to track the car or just canyon carving? And, have you added any front camber? There are steering knuckles for the Gen III that will add a bit more camber than what the S comes with.
Yes, on the track, my car does tend towards a slight understeer. But I would not say that oversteer is nonexistent. I found that the car will still oversteer in the right (or is it "wrong"?) circumstance. It has happened to me when I have trail-braked deep into a corner and then released the brake too abruptly. On the other hand, the car is very stable with an abrupt off-throttle in the middle of a full throttle curve, which is a very good thing in my mind.
I am looking forward to hearing what your impressions are when you get these installed.
