Anyone bringing a scan tool to the Dragon?

Is anyone coming to the Dragon this year and bringing their full blown, big dog scan tool? I'm looking for someone willing to do some light resetting for me. Just wondering.

I'll have my Snap-On Scanner with me, it can reset airbag, mileage counters, check and reset codes in transmission and ABS systems, etc. While not the GT1 or MODIC setup that MINI uses, it's a great deal more comprehensive than most scan setups.

I will have my X-431 with me. It will talk to and reset all the MINI's control units. No coding or programming functions though.

YD, do you just need to reset your service indicator? or do you have other lights on?

Sure thing, Yo's.

I have a feeling there is not going to be a shortage of service tools this time. A lot has changed. It's not your father's Dragon anymore.

Dan, thanks, my issue is that while working on my heated seat wiring, I unplugged the airbag wire. Now I have the airbag light burning continuously... just need to get that turned off.

I live in Knoxville, so my plans are to just drive to the Dragon on a random basis while everyone is there, when something is going on that I want to see or do.

I'll be happy to pay for this favor or trade with a scooped out downtube or something.

thanks,

YD

Payment will not be necessary, I'll be the only one there without a MINI... Look for the black BMW 318iS

I will have my Peake tool as well as the Tuner Tools ECU software on my laptop.

Dude! No MINI? Well, that means we can all take you for a ride in ours.

Not exactly close but WayMotorWorks in Atlanta is one of the best you can get. It is probably worth the drive.
