Glove box door fix??

While travelling, my glove box door opens on its own...even the
slightest 'bump' on any road will cause it to open....AND...I can actually
open the glove box door (where the curved place meets the dash panel) just using my fingertip and down it comes...hhhmmm...

She just started this curious behaviour about a month ago...
...somewhat un-nerving especially when I carry an (unsuspecting)
front seat passenger..!!!

I've researched here for any threads re: this problem and/or
solutions...but did not find..!!!

Any suggestions..??

Under warranty? take it in and let them fix or replace it....The old fix was to put about 3mm of washers in between the glove box and dash on the upper screws so that it would move the glove box closer to the latch on the box door.

I know there's a tsb on this. I actually printed it out once, but I can't find it.
It involves adding some shim washers to the latch or something like that.
Anyone else have the link?

Remove the glove box (Bentley has the screw locations but they are not hard to find without the manual), adjust the latch striker (it moves forward or backward); a word of caution, don’t over do the resistance because the door lever is a week mechanism and it can come out of its pivot easily over time.
