The 1st gens didn’t have an actual TPMS system. Unless the previous owner added an aftermarket one, 1st gens check “tire pressure” by using the wheel speed sensors. If a tire is low, the diameter is smaller and rotates at a different speed triggering the low pressure light without specifying pressure or which tire is low.
What year is your car? Other than the previous owner telling you something is missing, are you seeing any error codes or lights?
He told me he had a flat on the right rear. He said he broke the tpms sensor. Not the sensor in the wheel but whatever is located on the car that reads the wheel.
I will be doing the hubs soon and wanted to fix this also but i have no idea what he broke.
An '06 doesn't use TPMS sensors in the wheels to detect low tires so the previous owner broke something else unknown, if anything at all. It uses the sensor in the video you posted, but if that sensor is broken you should have other issues like ABS or traction/stability lights, not just a pressure warning light.
In theory all of the tires should be inflated to the proper, or at least equal, pressure. Then the button on the center console near the handbrake is used to reset the system. If any of the tires goes low the warning light should come on, but not tell you what tire is low. If for some reason all of the tires go low at the same time the system shouldn't trip a tire warning light because all of the way it calculates "low pressure".
If this was on the driver's side and you had xenon lights, I would suspect the leveling module, but I don't know of any modules he could break on the passenger side.
What I would do if only the tire warning light is on, and you know you don't have a big leak, is inflate all of the tires to the recommended pressures on the label in the door jamb, reset the tire warning system, then drive the car and see if the tire pressure light comes back on.
Heres a page from the manual on how the pressure monitor works and how to reset it:
It doesn't say how the light on the dash will respond if it's already on, but I would start the car, hold the button for about 10-15 seconds, then drive off so it can compete the reset procedure.
On another thread it said a bad steering angle sensor would set off the TPMS light and traction control lights, but since you only have the one light it probably isn't the problem.
For your airbag light, has your MINI had the passenger weight sensor replaced under recall?

I already tried to reset the TPMS and it did not fix it.
Got my new rear hubs in the mail so I will just tear into it and try to figure it out.
As for the airbag light.....
My airbag light is on, cigarette lighter doesn't work, and the horn doesn't work. All fuses are good.
I think it's the clock spring.
When I press on the rear seat the passenger airbag light comes on so that weight works.
Not sure about the driver's I don't think it has a weight. Wouldn't make any sense for the driver's seat to ever turn off.
Clock spring fixed the horn and airbag light.
Cigarette lighter still doesn't work and the TPMS button light never lights up. Low tire light is still on.
I wonder if the TPMS switch is bad or disconnected? Since your cigarette lighter also doesn't work, maybe the previous owner removed the center console and those items weren't reconnected?

Possibly. But the TPMS button is by the ebrake and the cigarette lighter is under the radio.
