My AC blows heat every once in awhile.

Happens more lately. I'll have set at a comfortable 74degrees and it will be working fine. Suddenly it was start to crank heat instead. Hair dryer type heat. The only way to stop it is to lower the temp a notch (or increase it a notch) and the heat will stop and go back to blowing cold.

Is there a internal temperature sensor going or something? Any ideas why?

Its not as if it is running out of refridgerent because it will blow cold air.

My 2006 does the same thing. I hate the auto climate control. Built to break IMHO...

Damn, I was hoping there would be a solution to this, haha. My 2005 MCS started doing the same recently.

Hmm.. no one knows at all? Sounds like whatever interior temp sensor there is going kaflooey.

2005 MCS with auto climate control does the same thing everyday. Does anyone have an answer?
