I only know 2 plcs. Wheel Power is kinda pricy but they're with Hamann.

The guys at Bullet pitted for Nuzzo at California Speedway a couple of months ago. They've been into racing BMWs for a long time, and building up bmw racecars.

 

I like M7 in Long Beach but if you insist on OC, how about Digi-Tec in Huntington Beach? http://www.digi-tec.de/de/kontakt/se...p?center_id=42

 

Are you sure that M7 is a tuner, and where is their commercial site with lift, balancing equipment, etc.? If someone wanted a K&N intake, B&M short shifter, Quaife LSD, Miltek exhaust, etc. would they supply, install, and warranty the work?

As for a shop closer to O.C there is a shop in San Pedro that is putting on a Pulley Part next month. Give this shop a look see.
