So last night on the 405 N I spotted a Black MCS could have had some mods. plate was MINI KOUPE or some such. The girl was driving like a jackass and swerving all over different lanes and speeding up, we stayed consistent speed and she kept getting behind us. Eventually swerving to get off on Mulholand. Just wanted to say that if you are on this site you drive like a jackass and make the rest of us MINI drivers look bad. I wasn't in my MINI though, but we did take notice.

 

Maybe she had bee's in her car.

I think I've seen that girl on the 405 around long beach thats funny sounds like its the same driver

 

last Saturday, 4 MINIS (mine included) converged on the 5 northbound, near Irvine Spectrum at about 7:55am; 3 of us traveled together for about mile. About a minute before, a GP MINI whizzed by me on the far right lane.

 

Spotted a Blue MCS with silver(?) bonnet and boot stripes and a tow hook license plate holder on the 10W around 6pm yesterday. No wave though. Driver looked like he really wanted to get to where he was going and the car was tinted.

 

That would most probably be Jan going home after Cars and Coffee!

 

Waved Hi to a Mellow Yellow this morning on Sunset at around 9 AM. He was staring at me as I turned left in front of him. And once I waved, he stared some more. And that was that.

So... to the Mellow Yellow on Sunset... thanks for the stares.

 

Spotted a Dark Grey MCS cabrio on Pershing, waved, then spotted a Blue MC with heavy tint and the centered stripes waved again, I think he spotted me, not sure though.

 

Saw a Pre 2005 MCS, parked, it was PW/PW MCS, with aero kit, aftermarket wheels that were black in color, it had driving lights, and a Yokohama sticker in the back window.

 

Waved to both a jet black/white cooper on brea cyn, and then a yellow cooper no more than 5 seconds later. Neither one returned the wave.

 

Spotted a b/w s on the 5 south in irvine with a SMM sticker on the rear window... AND YES she waved!!! whoohoo!!!! finaly someone waves back

 

I stepped out of my apartment this morning sawa Blue MC with sunroof. For a second I was like, "did I park that close?" Then remembered that my car is BRG and I didn't park that close.

Driving on the 405 North yesterday at about 8:30am, I saw a DS/MCS. He waved back!!!!

Coming home in the other direction at about 3pm, I saw a PW/MC, She also waved back!!!

Saw an EB/B mcs on Colima, she returned my wave :-)

 

D'oh...almost forgot!

I saw a HO 'vert this morning on the way to work. I (safely) sped up the hill, caught up to him, and made a right hand turn onto Sorrento Valley Pkwy in tandem with him. He gave me a great smile and a big wave.

 

Last night around 9 on the 91E followed along with a PW/B MC they had what looked like a small footprint on the right side of the license plate area, from Lakewood where I got on, and lost them at about Harbor. I waved, not sure it was seen, tinted windows and all.

Then today around 1:30 I saw an 07 PW/B on 17th in costa mesa, and then followed a DS/B MCS for a few miles on the 55N.

 

Damn I'm always on Colima and never get waves

Spotted on Saturday in Corona; what I think was a BRG/W MCS parked on the front lawn of someones house under the shade of their tree. Then the guy came out and drove it off his lawn, parked it in the street and then proceded to bring out a SECOND MCS (this one was Blue with I think a white top also), parked it under the same tree and gave that one a nice wash. Both had white OEM wheels and looked VERY nice.

Lol. I saw a DS/B mcs (he didn't wave back) and a pure silver mcs on Colima this morning, never caught up.

I drive in that area only in the morning and later afternoon; to/ from work. If you camped out somewhere, maybe I would see you.

 

Spotted a Blue MC on Pershing Sunday, got my first return wave. I felt so happy after that
