The site rocks, but Palo Uber needs removal!

DUMP Palo Uber thread: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
In the following thread, Mark Ferguson, the founder and former owner of NAM, suggested that anyone who has had enough of Palo Uber (PU) and their shenanigans ought to stop complaining about it to him and write the new owners about their thoughts on PU.
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=136311
The thread began because Palo Uber used misrepresentation to try to sell their stuff. So, what is new? This one reached a new low for some of us. Go read the thread and the PU ad that spawned it. It is really shameful; no make that shameless.
Come on NAMers, put your money where your mouth is, but actually this will not cost you a penny; just a few minutes of your time to write to the new owners of NAM and tell them your thoughts about Palo Uber and their approach to their sales and service. If you think PU is great, then tell them that, but if you think they are not worthy of being an advertiser here, then it is time to stand up and be counted.
The new owners can be reached at: AutoAdvertiser@InternetBrands.com
UPDATE!!!!!
KUDOS go out to the administration for taking the high road. Thank you for reading the complaints and trying to engage PU in a dialogue to address these situations and when that apparently failed taking the necessary action.

NorthAmericanMotoring.com announces the discontinuation of Palo Uber as a NAM vendor for inadequately addressing concerns previously highlighted by Mark. We wish them the best of luck in the future.

Hey fellow NAMers, I have seen lots of complaining about Palo Uber (I'm guilty of it), but until just this past week, there has not been much suggested in the way of getting them out of our nice little universe. Actually, Mark Ferguson suggested a means in a thread last week of raising the new owner's awareness of how we feel about PU and what we would like to see done about it. Get active and do your part. Say NO to PU. See this thread (under General Mini Talk) to get involved.
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=137094
So I am not accused of misquoting, Mark Ferguson's exact words were:
"If you have a complaint to lodge about this or other vendors please email AutoAdvertiser@InternetBrands.com."
Read in the context of the actual thread though, the above is understood to be tantamount to what I wrote above. If Mark thinks I've misquoted him, I welcome hearing from him.

And now comes another typical PALO UBER ad. Has anyone seen this new one?
What cracks me up is the opening "Deiter here to explain what we have done.....". So? Who is this new make-believe bozo? Is this Palo's brother, the famous German engineer and designer of auto parts? You can smell the BS a mile away with these creeps. How about these parts of the ad?
1. "please forgive the english if improper"
2. "made in OUR shops by OUR technicians from OUR MOLDS"
3. "We tested this position on the mountain roads of Germany and Italy."
Anyone buying any of this copy? Anyone buying this part?

If you have written to the new owners about PU, please go to the thread above and add your name to the list of those who are finally saying enough is enough and at least doing more than just talking about the PU problem. Get active and write the new owners a short note regarding your thoughts on PU and what you think the new owners ought to do about this infestation in our midst.

The above was posted to the original thread that was in GENERAL MINI TALK, which the administrators decided to merge with the one that I began here. Seems like overkill when PU is allowed to write whatever they want simply because they pay an entrance fee.

I don't see why you are so upset. Deiter is well known and respected on the European circuit as a very capable engineer and his products are used extensively on tracks there. I've seen his work first hand and was impressed by the design parameters and quality control. You should write him and ask about his work before criticizing so harshly.
