malfunction, malfunction, malfunction
malfunction, malfunction, malfunction
My 2011 Countryman S All4 was working perfectly fine yesterday afternoon. I parked it for a few hours then tried to start it again.
It cranked and cranked and cranked, but would not turn over. Then I got all these error messages.
The car was towed to the dealer last night. A friend who used to work at a BMW dealership thinks it's a faulty steering angle sensor that is preventing it from starting. I guess I'll find out soon.
Frustrating. 35k miles on the car and I've had to have it towed to the dealer 3 times.

Dealer thinks it's a faulty DME module. They ordered a new one and should be able to get it installed/tested in a few days.

The dealer apparently replaced the DME module, but the new one started to fail as well. Seems like something else is actually causing the problem.
Tomorrow will be 3 weeks without my car. Haven't heard anything from the dealer since last Monday.
I hate the base model Cooper loaner. This is starting to get really frustrating. :(
