Had a muffler shop do the resonator and 2nd cat delete, a great mod, loving the extra sound and the much louder pops and gurgles!
Does any manufacturer make a performance muffler for an R60 S with 2.25” tips or no tips at all, so just the 3 ports? I have the JCW tips and would like to keep them.
Does anyone know of a shop in the DFW area that will do this? Please PM me — you don’t need to post the name here.
I’m not having much luck finding one to do it.

I can answer my own question. I found a shop in FTW that did it for $50 if I provided my own pipe... which I got from Amazon.
I’m happy with the conversion. It’s more subdued than I expected, and that’s a good thing as I didn’t want it to sound like a Civic with a removed muffler.
I have the NM Engineering exhaust from Downpipe-back. It's significantly louder. Some of that is from the cat/resonator delete, some of that is from the muffler change. I wondered about re-installing the cat/resonator to see if that would change it much, but, I can't find an exhaust clamp/connector that would step the stock JCW 2.75 inch pipe up to the 3 inch NM Eng exhaust pipe. SO, I just go easy on the throttle in my neighborhood in the am.
