Finally posting a pic.. sorry it's not a great one.
Mine looked a lot like this when I took delivery in May. I have since added chili red mirror covers, red lug nut covers, red brake ducts. I wanted red rally stripes when I ordered it, but was told that they were only available on the JCW version! I settled for the next best thing. Mine has silver rally stripes embellished with a 1/2 inch red stripe that goes down the center. This pulls the red from the other accents quite nicely. I promiss to download some pics soon!
Thanks Steven.. I told you my car was your JCW's pedestrian cousin! lol
btw.. Finally had a chance to follow your detailing tips.. The car didn't look nearly this good straight from the dealership.
Nice to hear. From your photo, the paint looks like it has good depth to it
I heard they fit like a glove. I did not get leather for the first time ever. My wife was shocked when i did not select that option. I looked at all the leather options and nothing made me want to part with $1500 + . I am going to end up with something different than cloth. I think springs will be my first mod ?

They are tight, and took a while to install. They're not a perfect fit, there are some areas, that have a slight gap. But I think it may change as time goes on.
Picked up the JCW roadster yesterday at Mini of Portland (OR). They are the only mini dealer in Oregon and have sold a total of ten roadsters to date. 5 Justas, 4 S's and our JCW, so roadsters are pretty scarce here in the Northwest. Well optioned with lots of leather etc, running the MSRP up to the mid-40's. Will keep it relatively stock except for stubby antenna, torque arm insert and U of Oregon logos in the scuttles. Plan on a mega-audio system in the near future.
Thanks to all of you on this forum for your information. I have learned a lot reading the posts, even though I have been a Mini owner since 2004. Love this Mini!!!!!
by the way, that is the carbon black lounge leather...the pictures were in direct sunlight and washed out the colors. (no pro photo guy here). One thing I am really happy about is the ability of the sound system to play a flash drive as my music source. I can get about fourty hours of music on one flash drive so the ipod and cd's are old hat with this system. I have the same ability to play flash drives in my new F-250 but it is somewhat difficult to access. This roadster makes it childs play. As a short introduction, I have been a certified car and boat nut for 45 years. Corvettes, a Ferrari, Hummer, 7, 5 and 3 series BMW's, etc. Drag Sanger hydro, and a whitewater jetboat with 500 hp big block chev. Now I am done. Thanks for your time. Bob in oregon
