Those who asked about the leather, I love it, it's like buttah.

Rieux, where are you from in CT?? I was born here, moved away to Ithaca NY for a while and came back in '97. Love those CT twisty roads!
I lived in Ridgefield for most of my life, but moved down to DC about 8 years ago. Looking forward to being in CT for xmas, as there are a lot of great twisty roads in Ridgefield!

Where or where has all the NFRs gone?

I've done more blackout work on my MINI. Phase 1 is now done. I've got pictures of the whole process if you want to take a look see

Cool beans. I am still waiting on some bling-bling for Romi. Shopping for wheels at the moment. Finally going to take the plunge and replace Romi's heavy bridge spokes with something lighter.

Been busy around here lately. Replaced the front (warped POS fiberglass door to insulated steel door) and back doors (sliding door to french doors) in the house and am now building an entertainment cabinet for the living room where the fireplace used to be.

CJ: I love the blackouts...you now have the first truly "one-of-a-kind".

Skuzz: Warped fiberglass and sliding french doors on a MINI...You are truly "one-of-a-kind" too!

That is what I was thinking too D, as I started to read what the Skuzz was up to. I stopped when I got to steel door to re-read without finishing because I was thinking, steel doors on a MINI... WOW. And he's worried about the heavy spoked tires???

I'm seriously considering a JCW Aero Kit addition to Inara right now.

Me too on the JCW Aerokit...

This is my thought on my mod....painting the front and rear bumper moldings flat black to match the black skirting....Still not completely sure if it would look good or just plain silly? What think the group?

you know... You can mock it up in something like Photoshop. Try it out on Bubbles and see how it looks. That is what I did before taking the leap!

I am going to make Romi's body kit. I am seriously considering "pearl white" for her primary color when I am done with the body.

I need a little more wheel arch flare to give her more coke bottle. Considering chopping the roof as well. 2 inches should be fine.

I'd like to reduce the front overhang by a few inches. My goal there is to improve the aerodynamics of our little bricks. A little more windshield rake, a little more headlamp rake, a little more grill rake and some intakes to help move more air around the car faster.

I have the drawings done, just need to get busy with all the other chores in front of me so I can get started on her.

What do you have on the end of your antennna? I have little A&W Teenburger head on mine! I'll get pics eventually. Maybe I should add an antenna option in the database?

Um..no...going a little too far.

Ok..since we're so quiet these days, I thought I'd post a "Hmmm" question.

I've been thinking about adding some ZING to my MC with sports package. What suggestions (for the best price comparison) would you consider adding to a MC? Remember, it has to be a bang-for-the-buck thing...I'm not going to pay $3,000 for 5 extra hp!

What say you?
