The guy at ASK-MINI said my mini will probably wait another week for other west-coast bound mini's to join it on its voyage through panama. Lucky you, east coasters get theres about a week faster than us

 

There a boat leaving Southhampton on the 6th of March and due in twenty two days later.

you're right Loui. Dangit, I was hopin the voyage would be 2 weeks, not 3 making it exactly 4 weeks from now . Oh well, its still a lot quicker than I had first anticipated whem my MA said my mini would begin production in april and arrive in may

 

The TRIANON will dock in Southhampton on the 6th and will load MINIS for West Coast.

 

Who else is on the Asian King. Mine was loaded Today. Now I'm getting anxious!!

 

I ordered my MCS on Feb 5. my first question is how did you find out which ship your MCS is boarded? second question, who told you your car was loaded today? sorry if I sound a little uninformed but I'm new to this MINI world.

Tracking for West Coast-If you enter your VIN you can ascertain if you are booked. This just showed up.

What is going on at MINI??? Options pop on and off my "details" in the MINI Lounge as my car's status sits on "on order"

 

The MINI Lounge is a poor substitute for calling MINI. My experience is that "on order" usually means 3-4 weeks.

I'm on the Asian King and it should be docking this weekend, I haven't been able to track it at all. I guess they don't like to post weather reports.
