Was doing some work in the engine bay on my used but new to me R56 and noticed the port on the top right in the photo was not connected to anything just like it is in the photo I found on eBay. I blanked it off today but I’m not sure what it’s supposed to be attached to, I don’t see any hoses floating around.

Can you circle the port in the photo, so everyone is clear on what is referenced? It might be that you are looking at a closed cavity not an open port.
