Vacuum lines

Would someone be so kind to tell me if this diagram is correct? I have it that the Green Band is the out-side of the PC and goes to the Waste gate actuator.. Thank you as always.

I don't believe the pressure converter isn't directional.You can hook to either side.

Thanks. Its weird that it doesn't matter what port goes to the actuator. But you agree the vacuum pump is connected directly to the tank?
