R56 Simple Solution to Change Transmission Fluid WORKS!
And honestly if you don't want to pay the $80 for the pressure filler, you can just buy the adapter for $13 and clamp a cheap automotive fluid transfer pump to it. It'll take longer than the pressure filler and be messier but it'll do the job.

I'll probably use Lex2008's procedure (link below) together with Rickster56's inexpensive brass adapter (but put an O-ring on the adapter).
