Do you still have access to it?
Users in Germany (and from what I guess elsewhere, too) only get, quote:
"Site Closed
This site is closed per demands of BMW AG.
BMW recommends the official and up-to-date BMW TIS which can be accessed at www.bmwtis.com*.
* However, we believe that BMW violates the right to repair by effectively locking out individual consumers from basic repair information through unreasonably high access fees.

A workaround using TOR exit nodes in Russia only worked for a few days.
I somehow was able to sign up for Newtis last night, for free. I think I might be able to invite people via email address. Pm me and let’s give it a shot.
I can't judge on the Bentley manual as I have only seen preview pages of it in the web. At that price point, it better be.
For anything I ever wanted to do on my Mini (and much more, too), newtis.info was an excellent source of information. Information was detailed, lucid, easy to understand and included related torque values, functional descriptions and electrical diagrams mostly "one click away" from what one was currently viewing. Plus, one could access it at any time and place using a smartphone.
Fortunately, all of that information (and user interface) is available within ISTA. The downside is the effort required to getting it up and running.
It's a real shame how BMW has made newits go underground. A total **** off to it's customers. Yes the Bentley manual is way too expensive. It's also worth it. If your not in a time crunch, you can shop around. I found one from a used seller on Amazon for like 30 bucks. If you are in a time crunch and just need a few pages, lemme know and I'll hook you up.
I have a used and it is in excellent condition Bentley Publishing service manual book to sell. If you or anyone that is interested buying this book for only $69.97 + $10(shipping), PM me
FWIW, the NEWTIS people responded very well to a request I sent on their web site. I asked them for help as I couldn’t get the BMW-TIS system to work correctly. Contact me with questions about this.
Regarding the Bentley manual, I used one on my R50 Mini and it was great and complete. The Yellow one for the R56 not so much. It doesn’t touch removing the cams which I needed to do to replace my valve guide seals. The Valvotronic stuff is intensely complex.
