Brake fluid flush

Was going to do a brake fluid flush this weekend. Was going to go with ATE TYP 200 fluid. It's a daily driver that might see the track once or twice this year. I assumed that this fluid would be more than suitable for this. My question is, would 1L be enough or do I need to buy 2 to flush my whole system? Thanks.

That fluid will be fine. Which pressure bleeder are you using? I would go with 2 liters; I'd hate to run out in the middle of a flush.

Alright, I ordered 2 and the pressure bleeder. What's wrong with doing it the "old fashion" way?

It's slow, typically messy, and difficult to do with one person. Don't forget to order a catch bottle too.

^^^ Second this. I remember "real" mechanics telling me doing it the old fashioned way added unnecessary wear on the master cylinder seals....but that was for British cars from the 50's and 60's...I'm assume that the newer rubber and cylinders wouldn't have this issue.

Motive or the schwaben, I used the new schwaben compact european to do mine and I liked the easy to use size and with the hanger I hung it right on the hood near the reservoir, the motive one I set on the battery box on my r52 and I would move and it would want to fall out of the engine bay, that was the only issue I found.
