Brake flush and Coolant flush at 60K ?

Just hit 60K (3 yrs) on an '12 CMS. Dealer wanted $139 for brake fluid, $160 for coolant. Thinking of DUY for coolant, any instructions/videos ??

Paid $84 for a brake fluid change and around $95 for a coolant change with a local independent shop. No fuss no muss. Shopping around may help.
