R56 Washer pump not pumping fluid
How cold is it where you are? Could be that the fluid is frozen in the lines. Does it work after a nice long drive? Can you feel the lines to tell if the fluid is frozen?
Another possibility, especially with cheap fluid that sits for a long time, is that the nozzles are gummed up. I've had success in other cars at cleaning them out with a sewing needle.

Just had dealer replace front washer pump - apparently frozen, so they replaced under warranty. Ticked me off that only after I showed up for service did they tell me that maintenance plan would not cover cost if lines or nozzles were frozen, or had a rock in the line.
Not a maintenance issue really, operator error. Probably can't code it to make it apply which prohibits them from being paid for the work.

I would get fired if I worked in a dealer...warrenty does not mean ZERO COST OWNERSHIP...
A warrenty is to cover the owner from an FACTORY defect in design or quality, not from a owners improper servicing with the wrong fluids!! as Homer Simpson said "dohhhhh!!!!".
To the op...many of us have been there, done that...that a why many of us use the more $$$ fluid...works better, and if I did refill with the cheap stuff, I use it up then refill before a cold spell....
The more $$$ purple/red/orange/yellow -30 or -40° f stuff also works better....
One tip...
Noticed wallyworld is selling watered down low freeze point yellow Preston's washer fluid (now only -25°f) stuff to lower the price...so look before you buy...
