Keeping things under wraps until I can post pics of current status, which will be a while. On location for the last 3 months so not in my normal comfort zone.

It was a good day. A ride in Ra2fanatic's Mini convinced me to order some new parts … my wallet isn't thrilled but my Mini will be

Centers are off. Getting all my barrels polished and restored and centers will get new finish. Going to get a new anodized color finish and they'll be off to the anodizer tomorrow along with barrels to get polished and perfected.

So you found an anodizer that assured you it would be flawless like your previous wheels? Are you going to keep the color a secret? Those red anodized wheels were to die for!

I've seen photos of what this anodizer has done on a set of E88's for a Porsche and it was really beautiful, so I trust that they can get the color I want, right.

No secret here, I miss my red, so I'll be getting a similar shade of red on my D110's. Anodized clear is a really nice finish, but I want my color back! All my attempts to pay off CCW to do it, they just dont wanna do it even if I threw money at them. It is what it is. At the end of the day, I'll be spending $$$$ just to get them back to their original finish. Including, having the barrels professionally polished and coating for extended protection.

I got my MarioKart catless downpipe. Ceramic coated in black with a 3rd bung for my AFR/EGT O2 sensor connected to my reader that I'll get to sometime next month.

Is that a 2.5"?? If so, JMTC says that running their upgraded turbos require a 3" or larger or it may cause damage Aren't you running an E45HP?

E45HP is fine to run a catted downpipe or a 2.5" catless.

They recommend that if you run their dominator line of turbos that you run a 3" system but I could care less as this is perfectly fine for me.

Fresh paint for stone chips, or new pieces?

Which DP did you have before? The extra O2 bung is a nice idea.

Glad you made it back home. It is always great to sleep in your own bed.

Have fun,
Mike

I really wish those were mine right now :( Love the painted arches and challenge splitter. Do you have any idea if there's a challenge splitter that'll fit my 2012 JCW? I think it's referred to as "Aero II"???

Thanks Mike. These are new pieces to replace stone chipped arches. But I won't be putting these on until I get them clearbra'd. I have the catted iPE downpipe but decided to go catless since I knew Mario could provide a third bung for what I need.

Unfortunately Challenge splitter was only made for N14 as far as I know. I've had all those bits for probably a ur now so it's been a long time since I finally got them painted. LoL

Whether my Aero Kit I ordered a few weeks back comes to fruition is beyond me but what j have now is totally fine with what I'm doing now.

My car is a 2012 N14 fJCW. When did the body kit get its final update?

Is this the splitter you were thinking about selling a while back or is it one of the one Battle was working on? I just go my aero kit and it's waiting to be painted. Now seeing this again, I'm thinking I need this.

So I have a new sensor on order to fit into my catless downpipe. I'll be able to properly calculate AFR and read EGT so I can fine tune like a madman. And I was suppose to pick up my centers on Monday, but with the new job, I don't have any time to do that, so I gotta find some time this week to pick them up and see how they came out.

On a side note, this is what I get to stare at, at work...
