New '09 MCS Owner, definitely
Hello,
I went to look at a privately owned '09 R56 today. It is pepper white on pepper white, with black leather lounge seats, sport package, premium package, convenience package, rear fogs, factory aero kit, rally lights and a 6 speed.
I test drove it and was impressed. Mileage is 22,000.
We made the deal, and I should be getting it within 2 weeks.
I am excited, and can't wait to pick it up.
I'm sure I'll have lots of questions, but they will come in time.

Nice looking Cooper !
I just got back from the Smokey Mts in Tenn . And drove on the Tail of the Dragon Sweet Twistie roads in the Smokey Mts . My whole family in the Cooper for 12 hours driving Plus our family dog . At times i thought my auto trans was about to break in the MT . roads on my 09 cooper . Love my Car ! El Tiger

Almost 2 weeks now, and I just ran through my first full tank of gas.
I averaged 32.4 MPG, calculated, City/Hwy driving.
The MINI seems well sorted, no complaints.
Just a little concerned about the cold start noise, but its isn't that bad, and goes away less than a minute after the morning start. It doesn't recur at all during the day.
I do feel a lot more aggressive driving the MINI, then my Sierra pickup.
Lovin every second of driving in the MINI.
Another satisfied MINI owner.
