I'm buying my first Mini. . I've been reading this forum for a year now, but haven't posted since I didn't have a mini .

It's a 2015 (09/08/2014 built) F56 MCS manual .
Pepper White / Black stripes
9k miles, $25300
cold weather / sport / NAV XL

Norwell Audi, MA

I tried buying brand new one last year from Mini of Peabody, but it felt like everyone there was a pretentious snob and *******.

I'm trading 2011 Acura TSX V6 with TECH PKG 75K miles

1st Question I have, if anyone knows, does the free maintenance carry over?
2nd, Possible to buy JCW spoiler after the fact from mini dealer?
3rd, I had manual tranny cars before, but what's the normal position of the clutch pedal gears engage, simply how high from the full depressed state?

Congratulations on your first Mini. That was probably a $31-32k car new. Nice work.

 

At least on my 15 MCS the clutch engages about halfway from the fully depressed position.

 

Thank you, yes that's what it feels like on this on. Gears engage about half way down. I was used to on other cars engagement being more towards the fully depressed state
