Finally got my MINI last week. It came with bonnet stripes which I removed yesterday because I have viper stripes ordered. Now I am haveing second thoughts about putting the stripes or leaving as is. What do you folks think?
So far really been having fun with it.

 

What are the new (proposed) stripes like? Have a link to a photo?

These are the stripes. I will have white stripes on the black and black stripes on the white roof. Another question would be to stop the stripes before the bumpers or include the bumpers.

In our town we have a Chili Red Mini with the same stripes on it.

White Bonnet, Red Roof, White Boot.

the viper strips are cool, but i think the classic mini strips are "original"
since the mini is know for having those stripes.
id say get them white regular bonet stripes it will look good with your rims, and roof.

keep it classic mini, dont go for that viper/mustang look!

I couldn't live without my stripes The flat black really changes color according to light also, when it's sunny they look almost gray, and when overcast you can hardly see them!

 

That is one great looking mini. I'm working on blacking out my 08 AB right now.

 

That black on black looks real sweet. The stripes give it such a suttle enhancement without changing the look.
I will go with the stripes to make it look different and give it a more agressive look.
