Well, I signed up on the MINI site for paperless statements and that's I think also how MINI gets a hold of you to send you your Adventure Field Kit.

WestonJCW:

I was looking at either pure pepper whites or midnight blacks. Love the midnight black. I think it looks a lot better than the astro black. I think my first color choice would have been all midnight black but had to get a car by end of March and Giorgio had the pepper white available with the options that I liked, so I took it. ;-)

I am thinking of carefully modifying it with some custom graphics but will take my time. Just started with a stubby antenna.

Cheers,

-D

I've only had mine 6 days and have received nothing in the mail. At the dealership they did give me the key chains, a $45 golf shirt and the carpeted floor mats which I had not ordered.

I got an iPod Shuffle, a nice box for all the stuff, couple of booklets, a subscription to a magazine, front and rear license plate holders, and the guy who sold the car to me hinted there was "something else" coming.... overall... very nice.

Did that as soon as I got my Production Number for my R57 back in February. I watched my R57 every single day through the build cycle as well

I've even logged in it recently, so I know my account is still valid. I guess I just need to wait patiently a bit longer.

Took about 3 months but they eventually send me the adventure kit and then the stencil separately a month later.
The kit is quite nice actually...pen, diary, foam dice, window art and business card holder.

Also waiting patiently. Don't remember if I signed up on the owners lounge. I went through the process and the page just stayed on "loading" till I closed it.
Anyway... Excited about getting my "adventure kit".

I got one Advemture Kit about six months after I got the car and nothing since. In fact, I never got the "dealer dreded survey" either, but a friend bought a 2002 Mini and is still getting kits and all kinds of things to this day.

I got my Adventure Field Kit today! It's been 8 weeks since my car was delivered to the dealership. My dad has received goodies from Mini nearly every year since he got his in '05 so I hope that this trend continues. I might actually use that mousepad and the pen seems to be pretty nice. I hope that y'all get y'all's soon!

Got the same thing Yesterday. Except instead of foam dice, got the foam antenna ball thing. I also find the pen to be quite nice and have stated to take (and use) it to work everyday.
It also came with a "field guide" which I found well done, funny, and unfortunately a little disappointing, as it makes specific reference to people waving/flashing lights/etc at other mini drivers, yet... I feel like I am the only one acknowledging the other MINIs and not getting a response.

I get that Range/Land Rover driver's wave at eachother because they are a fairly elite crowd that can afford their vehicles...but I think we are too... I mean look at the size of these things for their practical use relative to price... Suzuki tries to say you can get the same vehicle with AWD for half the price-- they apparently have never DRIVEN A MINI to make their comparison...
Also, there are like 3 Rover Dealerships within 50 miles of me...and ONE Mini dealership in the local 3 (YES THREE) states! and you are telling me that we can't wave at eachother?!

Oh yeah...it's owned/made by BMW nevermind.

Lol, don't give up Lil Q. Occasionally I get a wave but most of the time I don't. Some people just aren't friendly enough to drive Minis but they do anyway. In the area that I live in it's usually teenagers that won't wave back, but that's because they, like my teen sister, feel that they are too cool to wave to complete strangers. It's there loss. Keep waving!!! Don't give up hope!

The Adventure Kit showed up 2 days ago. Nothing to write home about, but the ink pen is decent The cover on the Journal was installed upside-down / backward, so the top-margin of the paper is on the bottom

bought my R57 march 27th. just this week i received a little box with random goodies in it.

a dice antenna topper, some window word clings, a mousepad, a little pen/notebook and some other reading materials.

nothing worth my hassle (MOTML, Philly PA) and car payment every month.
