After 9 weeks I received a stencil that says " MINI PARKING ONLY" thought it was weird.....but, I sprayed it in yellow where I park my mini in the Garage and everyone who sees it loves it.....pretty cool, now I want one for the Vette
I got the adventure kit about a month or so later. I also got a $50 gift card for the parts department. I bought the glove box organizer and one other thing.

Why would you park the Vette in a MINI only space?

There's plenty up here in Bowling Green. There's at least one sign at almost every restaurant here that says "Corvette Parking Only."
I would think so. I believe the swag (i.e. "MINI Motoring Adventure Kit") comes from MINI corporate itself; they're not local dealership-issued materials. The length of time each MINI owner waits for his or her materials can vary greatly, and some it seems have been forgotten completely. There is also rumor that you won't get anything unless you register online at the MINI Owner's Lounge, but I can't confirm that.
I got an online survey for my buying experience, but I didn't fill it out. Reason: I was less than impressed with my MA and really didn't want to trash him, nor did I want to be contacted regarding any comments I might put down (the survey wasn't anonymous).
^ Regarding the survey, in addition to the one emailed to me, I was asked right there, AT THE DEALERSHIP to fill out a paper survey. He bluntly said: we're looking for "5's" (out of a 1 to 5 rating with 5 being best) and "excellents". Wha? My MA told me the same thing as I was leaving with the car. He said "you'll be getting an email survey and we're looking for 5's and excellents". Can you believe that? Not exactly subtle.
I really really really wish there was more competition with MINI dealers. From what I've read on some boards, many folks find the customer service lacking and I think it's due to their "captive audience" situation of there not being many dealerships to choose from. *shrug*
When I took Gaia home last January, my MA also told me about the survey. As she had bent over backwards for me, I was more than willing to fill out the survey. She explained to me what it meant if they received scores less than 5, but did it in such a way as to not make me feel guilty if that wasn't how I felt.
I only wish she were still there. She moved back to Cali last year.

I've experienced the same thing out here at Brecht, I wouldn't be surprised if BMW-MINI takes these surveys VERY seriously. I've been on the receiving end of some of these performance surveys where if my score didn't average above 4.5 the management thought I was doing something seriously wrong. While that does act as a motivator to treat your customer as well as possible, it also makes you very vulnerable to a customer who plays hardball and won't give you 5's unless you've given away the store.
Does any of the other dealers hand out boxes of MINI Mints when you arrive at their shop for service? Brecht does this and it was pretty neat when the guy checking me in at the driveway handed me the mints with my paperwork, then handed the BMW driver behind me only his paperwork without any swag.
^ I love my MINI, too, but I couldn't in good conscience give my MA an dealership 5s across the board for ratings, so I didn't complete the email survey. A guy who works at the same place I do got a MINI a couple of years ago and he said they phoned him about some of the responses he put down. LOL! So....I just avoided the issue. *shrug*
Haven't received anything. Deliver 10/29. I filled out my survey and was brutally honest. My MA was a pain in the butt so I conveyed that in the survey. Got a rude phone call from her about it too.
