Just curious: was that the at-dealership survey you're talking about that they give when you pick up the car, or are you talking about the online one they email you about later on? I found your post interesting, as my MA was far from helpful, was a bit of a smartass, and sometimes gave me erroneous information. 
I filled out my survey and was brutally honest. My MA was a pain in the butt so I conveyed that in the survey. Got a rude phone call from her about it too.

I never even got a survey. Although I've only had mine for 2 weeks.
I'm guessing MA stands for Mini Advisor. Mine was decent enough I suppose - not the greatest, but made an effort to be very honest with me which I appreciated. He did mention though that he'd really appreciate it if I made sure I put all 5's on a survey I was going to get!

Be honest. MINI, and/or your dealership will not improve (If improvements are warranted) if you grade your MA with "5s" just *****-Nilly. Call 'em as you see 'em.

As far as cheap bling goes, I've certainly seen worse. Though my Harley dealership sent me an engraved plaque with my name and VIN on it all mounted on a nice piece of cherry-colored wood. So I suppose that still wins out. But the MINI thing was kinda nice at least.
